It's been 3+ years, me working as a Sr. Business Analyst with Quadrant. I would strongly say, it's a significant journey with quadrant where you have the freedom to learn new technologies, Skills with the support from the management. I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. The Leads/Managers that I worked with were professionals, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Quadrant for our professional growth. Quadrant genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally.
