      Pros

      The Co-workers to the management was great to work with. You'll get to work on all types of makes and models of tractors / trailers. The co-workers were great on assisting if you ran into a wall.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say except they let me go do to employee reduction to to higher up management decisions... No time in half, just straight pay on O.T.

      Quality bought Traco but doesn't seem to police it.

      Pros

      Traco is the I&E department. Quality seems like a good place to work.

      Cons

      Starting pay is about $1.⁵⁰ lower than average. With no 6 month or 1 year pay increase. Traco has management that blames all issues on people below and talks down on workers. Hours are rounded off so you either get a few extra minutes of pay or you get shorted.
