      Some people are nice but they are taken advantage of

      Pay is awful, expectations to be online all the time under the guise of 'Flexible and understanding'. Leadership at the top is manipulative and two faced. There are digs if you didn't answer an email on a Sunday or if you're late by accident, its digs and nastiness
