      Pros

      This company is family owned which is nice in a way. Multiple job opportunities.

      Cons

      The owners smile to your face but it is all very fake. They blow through employees as if they don't matter and are not people who have feelings. It's all about money to a fault. They are very secretive and have all these "secret meetings" about their employees that aren't "yes men". It is very sad because their business structure is one to be admired. They don't pay their employees (apart from salesmen) what they are worth.

      Pros

      there a family friendly company and give you time off when needed, there also a christian based company. benifits are offered with partial coverage from the company and there is always work and hours.

      Cons

      hours vary depending on the job and how long it takes to install the products, they promise raises but are not the best at upholding the promise,

      Pros

      Great overpriced product. Does what reps say it will do.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, you must memorize EVERY part of a 1 1/2 hour script. Too many lousy appts. that borderline on bait and switch. People think the the sales rep is coming out to test their water when they're really trying to get them to spend over $8,000 on a water system.
