Pros
Clean, most tools provided, work is not weather dependent. Steady hours , most employees are good people who want to work and show pride in their work.
Cons
Office management never leaves their ivory tower. Production management is reactionary, plays favorites and often act more like bullies. Certain areas of production are not held accountable. No communication between site and plant production. Designers and drafts people do not have enough hands on experience nor do they walk 30 meters to see what they have designed when it is built.
