Within one week of joining I was unexpectedly taken into a room and informed that the team did not wish to continue with me. During this same short period, I was required to work beyond regular working hours without being provided adequate training. Although knowledge transfer sessions were conducted, they were incomplete and lacked essential information required to perform my responsibilities effectively. I completed all tasks and steps that were communicated to me. However, I was later questioned and criticized for steps that were never explained or assigned. This created confusion and placed me in an unfair position. I was deliberately ignored and not assigned any work. I was also explicitly told, “We will fire you; HR will let you know the next steps.” This conduct caused significant distress and contributed to what I can only describe as the worst work culture I have experienced — an environment that felt targeted, hostile, and unprofessional.
