Pros

Salary is great, bonus’s are amazing too—that’s it OK job if you don’t have much experience and can buy into the culture.

Cons

I was super excited to be hired at Quantified Media. However, that rapidly declined when I was asked to do things that had nothing to do with my job description, was barely trained in the job I was hired for and basically had the job of babysitting international employees. I was never trained just expected to know and do things yet, was screamed at numerous times for doing so. The main issue with this place is how afraid everyone is of the CEO, who is directly involved way too much in everything which can be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. He belittles people, is absolutely rude and his attitude is the biggest hindrance of his own company. Everyone works based off fear, when he is around the atmosphere is tense and people barely even talk. This place has an insanely poor business structure, they try to run as a 4DX company but they fail at that miserably. Everyone’s work life balance is basically NONEXISTENT; There are too many unnecessary meetings and the communication in every “team” is lacking. There are no real managers at this place, everyone is accountable for themselves, which again can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Most people who work their are absolutely miserable but no one speaks up because they’re afraid.

Pros

They hired me. It was basically a 3-month internship at salary. So I guess that's cool, as long as you aren't particularly attached to your morality or sanity. It's like working at a startup in that they aren't overly good at HR or benefits, but unlike one in that they have never even attempted to provide a service that is new or interesting. Oh yeah, I forgot this was supposed to be the pro section. In the end, the only good part about this job is the people I've met. I won't say who, because it's likely they might suffer from being associated with me at this point--but you know who you are. Please remember that this isn't the only job you can do, there's a bunch out there and you all are very talented.

Cons

First of all, they write some of these reviews themselves, even talked about it right after I was hired--which didn't feel great. I don't think everyone hates working here but no one likes the management style. Not one person. I hope that is clear. If the founder/ceo isn't huffing and puffing around the office and creating a toxic, terrifying atmosphere then he is purposefully bullying people for failing at jobs they were never hired for. In the short time I was here they (they meaning the CEO) ridiculed someone who was struggling and recently fired, publically humiliated employees on a daily basis (including a childish mimicry of an employee's voice during an important meeting), and purposefully lied/misled employees (including myself) about compensation in order to avoid paying the full amount promised at the beginning of the month. They have a weird bonus structure, I can't explain it here, but hopefully you never find out. Very sketchy to say the least. Their turnover rate is insanely high for an office, you won't be here long if you do come along. If you can handle the horrible scams they pull as a part of regular business, more power to you, but I couldn't. Their business model is based on confusing and disorienting people on Facebook to buy their products while hoping just enough of them don't charge it back so that they can stay in business. They regularly sell products that are complete frauds, including an entire shipment of product sold as "car polish" that was anything but. My job was dealing with the poor folk of the US that were either too dumb, old, or intoxicated to avoid coming into contact with this very obvious scam. If you are hired here, it is likely you will be participating in an ever-increasing number of scams. Speaking of, I was hired on as a Content Creator/Customer Support, I did about 3 things that were creative and the rest was slightly editing Amazon reviews about other products to make it seem like it was about their worse version and then waiting for them to paste those all over their FB ads. If that's creative then Donald Trump is a patriot. My time was 90% doing online customer support, which was not even close to the ratio discussed at hiring. But I let it go to keep getting the paycheck. Being asked to do phone support for all of their products was the final straw, however, I had to leave. I couldn't lie to people anymore and I especially couldn't tell some Granny she had to pay shipping to return a product she bought at 500% msrp that wasn't even a real product, to begin with. Save yourself the trouble and only consider this if you are desperate and in trouble. Even then, you might still lose your self respect in the process. I feel better having written this review in an honest way than I have at any point since I was brought on...combined...and multiplied by twenty.
