    Positive Outlook

I worked at Quantium part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn and flexibility to build your own career A place full of people who you want to work with - Quantium prioritises hiring the right personalities as much as or more than hiring the right skill sets CEO is a clear leaders and communicates his vision as openly as possible Great reputation - people know Quantium as a leader for data analytics in Australia

    Cons

Still a growing companies with some unclear structures (as expected), working part time can leave you a little out of the loop as you are not involved in performance reviews, etc.

I worked at Quantium full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Interesting work, great calibre of people, access to great technology

    Cons

Always chasing a dollar. Consulting - meaning timesheets. One of the senior leaders difficult to work with. L&D opps for senior leaders are scarce

I have been working at Quantium full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Smart co-workers, and inclusive environment.

    Cons

Pays below market, but you will be told over and over that they are paying you market rate. In my case, I know someone else in my position who makes significantly less than I do, he and I were both told that we were being paid current market rate. They can be extremely disingenuous when it comes to salary.

I worked at Quantium full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Cons

    - male dominant culture - bad management from senior analyst and above - do it their way or you’re doing it wrong - really bad managers who have very little experience in both consulting and analytics
