      Fake Career - Sold a dream

      Pros

      You learn sales skills and how to motivate people and how to manipulate people.

      Cons

      You will lose your social life, your family and your friends. The owner of the company is selling you a dream, you would make more money as a manager at tesco then here its all a facade. No work life balance, no benefits, no progression, working hours are exploitation if you were even employed. Hires PHD's - poor, hungry and desperate.

      Horrendous working conditions

      Pros

      They make you travel all around London. The whole day lasts for 10 hours and travel fees range between £15 to £25. No full forms no money - 100% commission They'll hire anyone literally this is not a job.

      Cons

      I was expecting a admin job, passed first interview. Invited next day for an assessment day only to find out it was a door to door sales job. 100% commission, awful hours. Basically they are lying to you and manipulating naive young people that are new to job seeking, like i was. Its so funny and sad that the employees think they will earn couple grand a week. Basically if it says direct sales on their website stay away.

      None. None. NONE. NONE and NONE. Not even one.

      Cons

      They lied in the job advertisement stating there is an annual income between £18.6k-£26k. The only income you receive is commission. There is no steady pay. IT IS A SCAM. IT IS A PYRAMID SCHEME. They do not tell you any of this until they have wasted your money to travel to random locations in London to do door to door sales which they never state you’d even do. The whole process is awful and the way they treated people who’s door we knocked on was awful.
