      1. Too much of Field exposure for donations 2. Too lengthy process of selection 3. Promises for no targets and fixed salary. 4. Working hours exceeding Indian Government rules.

      An amazing place to work where you develop your skills, build your mentality and earn a lot of money. Vibrant atmosphere in the office where every person in the office is there to help you out. The organisation follows an open door policy where the head is easily approachable.

      Pros

      The Colleagues are good here, they give good motivation at the start of the day.

      Cons

      They are trying to take the advantages of both an employee and an entrepreneur. They don't give any fixed salary and on top of that they don't even pay the transportation costs of traveling to ask for donations. They are here to just train you and sit and take a large chunk of your commission without taking any single liability to incur any cost. A very strange strategy of this company indeed.
