      Pros

      Great manager, fantastic supportive culture, free trip for you and companion each year which doesn't count towards annual leave, sales meeting twice a year i Toronto which were inspiring. Very autonomous working conditions. Great supportive work collegues.

      Direct and Industry sales worked to independently of each and almost against each other. More lead time needed with season launches

      Expedition team expertise. Opportunity to travel, if ever allowed.

      Cons

      Management is a revolving door. Competition between departments for budget is toxic. Out of touch executives, lack of vision, culture of miscommunication. Much expertise has walked out the door due to disrespect and lack of opportunity. New executive hires in last two years are headed in entirely the wrong direction and are hiring teams that further the wrong goals.
