- Feel like you can make a real impact in the business - Opportunity to quickly learn and progress your skillset, often working with global ASX listed businesses - Leadership invested in the business and staff - Renowned and trusted by industry - Not just a "number" like with multi nationals, often arms reach to CEO/CFO/CTO - Flexibility in your role and able to play on your strengths - Little to no hierarchy - Competitive salary for engineers (industry - in top 20%) - Positive company outlook and growth plans
