      Pros

      - Centralized downtown location - 9-5 hours - A paycheck while interviewing for real jobs.

      Cons

      - Dead End. You will be asked to call from Yellow Pages. - Local Manager is a micro-manager with a penchant for inappropriate conduct. - U.K. Management is comprised of both vindictive and incompetent foreigners. - Low Pay. Sub-par Benefits. No care for employee satisfaction. - No formal HR so paycheck delays are common. - Stories of high performing former employees being let go for undisclosed reasons were common. - Customers like employees are just a number. False promises and misleading timelines made to both.

      - Low salary - Make a lot of false promises, no respect for their employees - Inappropriate conduct from some of the managers/directors - Absolutely NO career progression and training - Lack of vision

      Pros

      Coworkers are cool, management is shady and negligent. You get to choose if you want 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch. And...that's about it.

      Cons

      They con salespeople out of commission checks. After the salesperson nabs the client, they do NOT get commission for any future purchases that client makes. They claim to advance from within, but hires an outsider to remove any chance of advancement for current employees. Office space is VERY small. The office manager has no filter--so if he decides to make fun of you, curse you out, or chastise you, all of your employees will hear it. He has the typical frat-boy-bully-douchebag personality, so I can promise that he will do that.
