- Diverse culture with a lot of friendly and smart colleagues - Promotes lots of learning - If you want to experience different areas in Software engineering, this is the company for you. You'll be able to work on a full stack capacity including having DevOps tasks. Or you can also work on robotics or innovation-related projects. - Niche products and cool tech stack - Lean company; you'll barely feel the hierarchy within your colleagues - Flexible and delivery-focused work

- No concrete structure and processes on the Software development side - A lot of responsibilities and projects at the same time due to lack of manpower - Fast-paced company with no proper KPI set for projects or employees - Slow career growth if you're into advancing your job title - Limited staff
