Pros

Great Team Members: Qubehealth boasts a fantastic team of colleagues who are not only talented but also supportive and collaborative. Amazing Leadership: Our leadership team is easily approachable, making it conducive to open communication and the exchange of ideas. No Micro-Management: Qubehealth fosters an environment of trust and autonomy, which means there is no micro-management, allowing employees to excel at their own pace. Great Compensation: The company offers competitive compensation packages, which is a great motivator for me. Regular Feedback: You can expect monthly feedback sessions with your reporting manager, which provide an opportunity for growth and improvement. Emergency Support: In case of emergencies, help is always readily available; ensuring our well-being is a top priority. Outstanding HR Team: Our HR team is remarkable and organizes team bonding activities that contribute to a positive work culture. Learning Opportunities: Working alongside colleagues from top B-schools and IIT provides an excellent learning experience, enhancing our professional growth. Job Satisfaction: Qubehealth's mission to help customers and clients during financial crises is rewarding, and it's a privilege to contribute to such a noble cause. Constant Learning: The nature of our work ensures that every day brings something new to learn, making it an exciting and dynamic workplace.

Cons

Team Outings: While I've suggested the idea of a team outing to HR, there hasn't been any progress on this front. It would be great to have more team-building activities outside the office. Payday Timing: Our payday falls on the 15th of the month, which can be a bit of a stretch for some employees, especially when most EMIs are due around the 5th or 7th. Managing finances during this time can be a challenge.

If u open Instagram or Facebook in office you will get a warning mail from HR . You will be working in a prison. The receptionist counts how many times an employee went out of office for coffee, sutta and tea breaks and informs to HR daily. All official phones given to employees has recorders and they record all employee conversations also.
