      Pros

      Great team, positive and supportive management, I've just started but already feel like I'm part of Quest family! Excellent corporate parties, three per year! Training and development opportunities, I've seen so many examples when people started in a branch, and then after a few years they work on projects, in head office or manage branches. Quest Employment can be seen as a company with long-term career prospects!

      Pros

      Welcoming, always available for help if needed, support is always there. All departments and branches help each other when needed and never say no.

      Cons

      Although bonus structure is great, basic isn't the best. How ever talking to aboves they will put you on a plan to move up in pay scale.

      Most of the colleagues were nice and supportive in office

      Cons

      The on-call with no additional benefits or any TOIL was a shame, worked over Christmas on-call and didn't get anything extra for it while everyone else was off.
