Pros

The people are wonderful to work with, you have a lot of flexibility in the way you do certain tasks. Think more "start-up" type of environment.

Cons

The compensation is below market value. It has become increasingly clear that the stockholders hold more importance to the company than the employees and at times, clientele. The overall hierarchy is too top heavy, the ratio of management to the managed seems very off kilter. Benefits are decent but are progressively worse (little by little) every year. There's a lot of disorganization and lack of direction in many ways. It's clear that some in management or leadership roles aren't necessarily deserving to be there.

Rapidly growing and dynamic technology company

Pros

Quest is a fast paced environment filled with people whom all strive for success. there are many opportunities for rapid career development and growth. the company is very strong financially and has seen hyper-growth for years on end.

Cons

Quest's growth makes for an environment that is rapidly changing - not for everyone. Employee compensation is low for its industry - more in line with the service sector (Quest's parent ownership) than the technology sector.

Pros

Flexible schedule Friendly & supportive co-workers

Cons

Competing expectations by different management individuals Poor training coupled with immediate performance expectations Pay is below average for similar job titles in the area Lip service given to work/life balance as actual workload imbalance can negatively impact this for some. Clearly defined processes/requirements are routinely overridden by management on a reactionary basis to meet management goals. No clear career path, Not much room for upward career growth within organization locally
