The company generally respects work-life balance. Efforts are made to avoid work-related communication during personal time, such as on leave or weekends. Time flexibility is also supported. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with two days onsite but there’s flexibility to arrive later or leave earlier as long as tasks are completed.

Cons

There may be instances where certain requests are prioritized over others due to personal relationships or seniority, which can sometimes impact the other team members or project outcomes. Additionally, the company's salary offerings for IT roles, particularly developers, might not be as competitive as those at other companies in the industry. The benefits provided to project-based employees also appear to be limited.
