Pros
The coffee, roasters, and most of the employees are incredible
Cons
The people running the business have very odd priorities and don't consider employees/customers first. I think they spend most of their time sitting in the office and have gotten disconnected from the employees and their wants/needs. So things stay broken because the company "doesn't have the money" or doesn't seem to care while they invest in silly things.
