Pay was decent. Benefits were really good. Loved the educational benefit of $2,000. Onboarding experience was 10/10.
Cons
Company culture was not well established, they are a young company and still have a lot of growing to do. Most of the employees seemed like they were walking on egg-shells wish is always a red-flag. I loved my supervisor and the company's mission but lack of consensus among leadership slowed down a lot of the good work that employees were trying to do in the community.
