      Pros

      Amazing opportunity to learn about fine food and wine. Top notch ingredients. Many passionate staff, front and back.

      Cons

      Owners are mercurial, prone to outbursts. You might get the silent treatment from time to time with no explanation. Both owners play favorites amongst the staff. Highly demanding with not lot of positive feedback.

      They provide enough staff meals to take more advantage of you

      Cons

      I didn't work in the kitchen, I worked in the office. Management makes you work more than 10 hours, tries in every way to steal your salary, and talks to you in a rude way. The turnover rate is crazy, no one lasts longer than 3 months, and even the most hard-working people can't survive this.
