      There are no pros at all.

      Cons

      Over worked, under paid, taken advantage of. If you don't agree with something your job is made harder, management have a negative additude and only think about the money.

      My experience working at Quinovic as a uni student

      Pros

      Worked weekends visiting properties across the city to host viewings, a lot of travelling but also flexibility to do what you wanted in between viewings if they finish early or people don't show up, e.g. I would study in between viewings.

      Cons

      Would be mistakes with mismatching keys, which led to frustration amongst myself and the viewers.

      Pros

      The majority of the team is very helpful and lovely to work with.

      Cons

      The boss is very paranoid and micromanaging. Working your regular hours are not enough, you need to work through lunch, stay late. People continuously pile more work onto you because they are short-staffed and nobody knows what is going on.
