Pros
Nice, kind, fun people around. Lots of skilled people which are happy to share the knowledge, no jerks. They hire people with almost no experience and help them to grow. My respects for that!
Cons
Some micromanagement is present. But I guess that's OK taking into account they are investing in people with little experience.
