Pros
Management does a great job hiring. All employees across all departments are a joy. If you're a slacker or you aren't a good culture fit, you won't make it long. Management and employees all truly believe in the company's core values and helping their customers. The managers are great (Quotacy specific... they were acquired by a larger firm in 2022 and no opinion on those managers.) Hybrid WFH work options. PTO benefits are great since the acquisition. I appreciate that the VP is female.
Cons
Bonus program since acquisition isn't great. You have to fight for decent raises.

- Feel supported by management and my team - Great benefits package - Hybrid schedule - Opportunity for growth - Employee perks (free online learning courses, retail discounts, etc.)
