Everything is worst here, salary issue, behavior issue, if I talk about development area, that is worst. They don't have any developers, they don't create the architecture of any project, they don't listen to clients. They don't listen to the developer. They can't release any project. One year I've worked with this company and they didn't release any project which was developing from last 2 years. They don't provide salary, reliving letter, experience letter. Please go somewhere else but never join this company at anyhow at any cost. They will say developers run away with our laptop and assets so we terminate them and then they give bad reviews on glassdoor. Nobody will say anything bad about anyone for reason. I suffered my whole where with this bloody hell company. They terminated me cause I was critically I'll and I mailed them for sick leave and they terminated me with the heading of Absorcding Employee. I can write a book here but I don't want to give my time to this company. If you've got a financial issue and you don't have any choice and you need to join this company. contact me I'll give you a better option but don't join this company otherwise you'll always remember my cons in glassdoor.

As a newly joined employee No time to teach expect everyone to know everything before Upper management not at alll supportive towards employee Attitude isvery rude and speak very ill towards employee. demotivating in the first week The hr is jus named ‘hr’ no responsibility towards the team to teach or even listen to them .very rude behavior The interviewers dont bother to revert back to their subordinates and keeps them hanged in the last minute If u want to save your self respect dont join this company The management in short doesnt have time to explain how things work in their own company nevertheless help the new joiners in training assessment Only ankita joshi and manish were supportive Very unhappy with their unethical behavior
