Pros
Small company with incredibly bright and talented team. Innovative product that is flexible and has a chance to shake up the market place. Being a small company everyone can and is expected to step up into rolls that can be challenging and rewarding.
Cons
Since its a small company it's often difficult to predict what the product and market strategy is because it always seems to be shifting. Many team members work remotely and its sometimes difficult to track them down and get agreement on things.
