      The company is full of very nice and knowledge people. This provides great learning opportunities. The wlb is excellent and there is free lunch on Thursdays.

      Great Culture and Meaningful Work in an Innovative Industry

      Pros

      Qwello has a fantastic culture that really emphasizes collaboration and getting things done without unnecessary bureaucracy. Even though I’ve only been here a short time (2 months), I already feel like I’m contributing to something meaningful. We’re working on the full stack of EV charging — both the hardware and software — and it's exciting to be part of a company that’s genuinely pushing the industry forward and making a positive impact. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and supportive, which makes a big difference day to day.

      Cons

      Nothing major so far. Since the company is growing and evolving quickly, some processes are still being figured out — but that’s expected in a dynamic environment like this.
