Pros
I worked here previously, and my experience was very negative. The company is completely family-run, and there is no proper coordination between the members. Each person says something different, which creates confusion every single day.
There is constant monitoring and unnecessary pressure from senior members. Instead of focusing on work, they keep talking about their personal background and expect employees to listen. It feels intimidating and uncomfortable.
There are no proper HR policies.
No monthly paid leave
No proper work-life balance
Official work time is not followed; employees are kept till 7:30–8:00 PM regularly
Overall, the environment is stressful, unorganized, and not employee-friendly. I do not recommend this place unless they make serious changes to their management style and work culture.
