They will require you to do tasks that are not in your job description and will provide you with zero direction or feedback on what they are looking for or how to improve. They operate completely on “fake it until you make it” but only upper management knows what the vision of the company is. They play favorites and will not set you up for success with the team unless you have been there from the beginning. Product has very little value compared to its competitors making it hard to differentiate from major industry players. They are in major startup mode so there is tons of micromanaging. This place will ruin your mental health and confidence.
