We are Family

Pros

I have never worked for a company that is more like a family in my 35 years of employment, this coming from someone who has worked with and for family in the past as well as has 12 siblings. From the Property manager on down they are more like family to me than my blood.

Cons

There are cons to every job in life and as in anything if you dwell upon them that will be what your life is made up of negativity and i am not one to think of any ever if at all possible and i have found non with this company

Love My Staff, Just Need A Bit More Corporate Help

Decent pay, good benefits, schedule is pretty great for any employee (as long as you have a manager who actually cares). You will meet some pretty amazing people while working for this company.

Cons

Wish there was a bit more help from corporate besides coming on site to point out every little thing wrong when we do what we are supposed to (getting bids) but they get rejected for price each time so back to square one. Wish there was bit more then a 20% discount on rent as well. Some companies do 50% off rent or give some employees a free apartment. No holiday bonuses. Limited budget for events for tenants.
