very poor management in Kazakhstan. This is the first company in my career where business is not really interested in cooperation with HR. Their position is that HR has to tell business what business wants. Management of rep office in Kazakhstan is not interested in building a team at all. But when time comes they easily blame everybody but themselves. Managements goal with regards to personnel is to dissmiss all that do not obey, kowtow, who has different opinion and replace them with their proteges. Poor management and losing strategy.
