      If there weren’t double standards, we wouldn’t have standards at all. Should be the mission statement for this company.

      Pros

      There are lots of new machines of all types and always new people who are totally incompetent, so advancement is quick

      Cons

      Locally this place has a bad reputation. In fact, they usually hire through Temp agencies because if they put out an ad in their own name, almost no one would answer it Management are snakes in the grass. So much of my stuff stuff goes on there there’s not even enough room to talk about it advice stay away.

      A check is the only positive thing out of this dump.

      Cons

      This place is a joke. The turnover is crazy. They cant keep managers along with anyone with the fake title of COO. The CEO is mentally unstable the current HR Manager is completely useless and clearly doesn't know what she is doing. We have lost so much business along with great staff. I'm sure our doors will be closing soon.

      Terrible working environment with prejudice management

      State of the art equipment

      Cons

      Essentially everything else is a con. Serious lack of tooling, serious lack of direction or training, extreme disconnect between management and production personnel and the cherry on top their COO was sued for prejudice in the workplace against women, people of color and LGBT community members.
