Pros
Working in the Public Safety Industry. 401K, Weekly Pay, Company Vehicle, Clothing and work Tools supplied. Not a lot of Travel mostly within the state and not a lot of overnights.
Cons
The company just went through a merger and the pains of the changeover but that happens, but things are getting better.
