      Pros

      - discounts on products - 6 monthly allowance for free products - quarterly treatments at boutique stores

      Cons

      - overbearing executive team - founder doesn't know how to run the business - CEO doesn't know what they're doing - a lot of lies about processes and expectations - enforced a 4 office/1 remote roster when originally it was supposed to be 2/2/1 roster (2 office, 2 remote, 1 optional) - teams are very cliquey, everyone sticks to their own teams - the head of HR will manipulate what you're saying to ensure you are reprimanded - wages are less than industry average, they will pay you nothing if they could

      Pros

      Some staff are lovely, company is big on providing education regarding their products and product benefits.

      Cons

      Management have an odd system of bullying those that don’t fit into the culture. They push for inclusion whilst being manipulative. Management have no clear direction and are bias regarding a work/life balance. Expectation here is more than what you sign up for.

      Monthly facials, generous discount and product allowance

      Cons

      TOXIC ALERT. Management never holds employees accountable. Instead they are promoted, encouraged and rewarded. I cant wait to leave. They have a long and lengthy onboarding process which feels repetitive (which is probably also why they will not manage/fire toxic employees) all they care about is money and sales and as long as u do that- they will love you even if you are a problem maker. Cliquey and horrible place to work in. PLEASE do yourself a massive favour and dont work here.
