Pros
Equipment was ok. SOME dispatchers were great to deal with.
Cons
Was told that there would be no slip seating that was not true. If you did get the same truck back it was usually trashed. What ever you do be careful of getting any of the dispatchers upset. You will either end up with bad loads or no loads. When I worked there pay was horrible. When I did my pre-trip inspections there were many things wrong with trailers.
