Pros

Absolutely no pros for this company!

Cons

Owner is full of himself! He would speak over the intercom to the whole office and talk about himself like he was God. I also witnessed him basically yelling at employees for leaving the bathroom a mess. He’s full of himself so that should tell you how his management skills are. If he truly wants to invest in his company tell him to learn who his employees are and also know their names, especially the ones that actually work hard for him. The supervisors are no better except for one that I respected because she actually did her job. The other supervisors will gossip about employees behind their backs. The employees are bottom feeders that some get away with everything because they’ve survived the longest there even though they get away with everything at this point. Smokers get favoritism for the breaks, especially since they know how to work the system. Training is horrible, then they throw you into accounts and let you go. Insurance is too high for anyone to afford and the pay is low. Turnover is high- They are always hiring so this should be your RED FLAG.

Pros

North Austin location. I am going to keep typing because there is a twenty word minimum, and that is twenty.

Cons

Hyper-controlling, extreme micromanagement by middle and upper management Mediocre healthcare and time off package compared to last billing job High turnover 30 minute lunches Crappy time keeping system based on points. If you're sick or have an emergency, you get points. If you get too many points, it goes against your maximum possible 3% annual increase (which is almost impossible to get) AR Managers are so swamped (inefficient) that they can't manage properly. This is an Austin based, smallish company but feels sterile with the sea of cubicles white noise machine, and endless processes. If you like someone looking over your shoulder and counting the minutes while you work, this is the place.
