-Worst company to go for work life balance -They don't provide any allowances if u work overtime on a weekly basis. They defended this action by saying that they "paid for the internet allowance", that doesn't equal the amount of work needed to be done every single week after working hours of our day even on weekends. - micromanagement is a norm and they admit it. - High, im telling u highhhh turnover. I'm talking within one year min three person gone.

1) Work life balance non existence within organization. Extensive standby required after office hours and during weekend. 2) Indecisive, china man style management and to much focus on paper work. 3) Certain employee/s feel insecure and always like to pick unnecessary fracas among team members. Practice unhealthy office politics among peers and department. 4) Lack of recognition and credit stealing by some Assistant Managers, Managers & HOD. 5) Hostile behavior when people trying to leave the company in good terms.
