Cons
The company claims that all opinions and skills are valued but that’s not really true. The owner doesn’t listen to “the team’s” advice or suggestions. Many team members were hired with one job description but ended up doing something completely different, zero guidance was given and requirements changed weekly. Big promises were made by joining a new start up company but never delivered. The owner and the CFO basically shut out the entire “team” left the original team members out who committed themselves to the company and began hiring more team members without explanation. Many secrets behind closed doors and not informing anyone what was going on. They switched things daily and left people in the dark. Then hired a few new people to do work that current team members could’ve handled. Worst of all after a mass office inquiry (due to everyone’s fears the company was going down) the owner and CFO promised all was well and the future was bright ... but just days before Christmas told the entire staff to pack up and leave, investors refused to pay another penny of payroll. Very poorly handled!!!
