1.Nice staff. 2.Medium/low pace working environment 3. There is no feeling of corporate hierarchy between employees and their management. 4. Most of employees work in 9 to 5 mood

Cons

1. Staff is unprofessional, over aged as well as under paid. 2.The Information Technology systems are outdated, I literally saw one PC with windows XP professional 98 3. The business processes in company are outdated, which requires a lot of paper-pushing jobs regardless of department. 4. Office is built as a paper storage of endless archives, even though company uses external storage space. 5. People are paid below market. 6.

Management does not know what it takes to get work done,so you can get away with milking the system.

Cons

Micro managers, not much regards for employees unless you are one of the favorites.
