      Lacks a cohesive culture, not enough communication between colleagues

      Pros

      - Remote work, flexible - Fair pay - High level of tech knowledge and skill

      Cons

      - Not many team meetings, you are left alone too much to get on with it, compounded by colleagues being in different timezones - Too dependent on token price for job security - Constant change of direction, abandoning projects, deadlines set and announced publicly are never met - Additional benefits such as healthcare scheme, access to co-working spaces were advertised but never materialised
