Quality product, good intentions, some hard working cool people on the team.
Cons
High demand leadership with lackluster guidance around goals and expectations. Constantly set up to fail due to lack of support, training omit transparency within the company and the issues it faced with partners. Emails as late as midnight, every night. Poor business relations/reputation and haphazard hiring of people with poor skill set and too much power. This job was a nightmare.

The bottom line is that any mission REBBL claims to have is second to selling to a PE firm or a large CPG company. It’s just a show to drive value and that’s abundantly clear when dealing with senior management
