Pros

Red "requests" employees to write a good reviews in order to improve the company image on Glassdoor. So here goes. You don't need previous experience to work at Red and office location is decent. You are encouraged to work hard and allowed the flexibility to target customers anywhere in the country.

Cons

Due to many poor reviews by former employees, management "requests" employees to write a good reviews . I feel that would be misleading since the work environment and company is not a good place to work for. In fact its just the opposite. The company lacks direction, poor management, and low morale. Long hours are "encouraged" and professionalism is almost non existent. Lack of direct customers in the US means Red is a body shop to the bigger IT Services firms. The benefits package is awful and the base/ commission plan is below industry average.

Pros

Some of the people are nice and social

Cons

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Don't get me wrong, some of the people were great but the company culture was beyond toxic. Management like to put unrelasic targets and kpi's on pople, publicly shame people who haven't made them, and do not listen when the whole office says they're ridiculous. You will be valued solely on the kpi's. If you're not on the phone, expect a call asking why. Client meeting on teams apparently do not count. They will look at your number dials, call times ect and mention it every morning and afternoon, with the numbers sent to the Director. But in your interview they will tell you there is no kpi's and they don't call count.. I have never seen a employee force of more anxiety ridden people, scared they will be fired at any moment Of course, that's because they are constantly firing people every single week, and then hiring new people constantly as if that makes it OK. Maybe invest in the people you have, and actually listen to concerns l, not pretend to listen or say that it's excuses. If micromanagement is your thing, then join RED now. You will have zero atomony here, told what you should do every minute of the day. You will also be shamed if you leave the office at 6. You will be publicly shamed if you don't meet your monthly target at monthly meetings in front of the whole office. You will be told to increase certain kpi's but no substantial advice on how. Almost every person I spoke with hates it at RED and wants to leave. I could go on about the toxic culture, lack of autonomy, micromanagement, terrible leadership... I definitely don't recommend working at RED
