Pros

Extremely hardworking and intelligent junior staff with the ability and desire to make any organization not only successful but an enjoyable place to work. Unfortunately, every ounce of this potential is consciously and actively stifled by “leader” Chad Clark. His own blatant insecurities and inadequacies paired with what would certainly be a negative score on any social aptitude scale results in professional and cultural decision-making which resembles that of a small child who doesn't understand the concept of sharing. This could be an amazing place to work, but with Chad in his position that will sadly never happen. How the other owner(s) have not pin pointed this toxic cell is laughable. If hired, you will be well liked for a while, even praised likely. Give it time, you will recognize and then identify incompetence’s. Once voiced, you will then be ostracized by "leadership" and forced to quit out of misery so they can avoid paying unemployment.

Cons

How many characters will this section allow me? I have never met someone more under qualified to run a business than Chad Clark. Other negative reviews you read on here are exactly correct, note that the only positive reviews are coming from current employees. Fake or forced, it has Chad’s name written all over it. The company is starved for qualified leadership, someone humble and willing to learn along with providing mentorship to eager employees. What exists now reflects more of a dictatorship masquerading as a progressive democracy with recruiting propaganda geared toward providing young, energetic professionals “The Opportunity” they’ve been searching for. Don’t be fooled, the reason Chad wants you young is because he believes he can more easily manipulate you and leverage his industry tenure to shutdown ideas. And energetic is a necessity as it takes a village to accommodate Chad’s 11am arrival, two-hour lunches and irresponsible use of company funds. Which is desperately struggling by the way. If I can save one, wide eyed young professional from this joke of an organization known as ReGreen then this post is worth the time. And if you’re a young professional woman...let’s just say, the industry may be cutting edge, but the “president” (quotes and lowercase intentional) is living somewhere between 1935-1957. This place will never live up to the promises it makes. Deep down "leadership" knows they are incompetent in their role and would quickly be exploited if forced to seek new opportunities. This is also the reason that very few senior individuals are hired. And when they are, they do not last long. You will be blamed for things that are not your fault, direct requests and conversations with "leadership" will be forgotten when convenient, while other requests and conversations with "leadership" will somehow have taken place the day before...also ironically timed closely with Chad having to cover his own blunders.

Bad Leadership

Pros

Good place to learn about. Co-workers are nice, and it can be a good place to learn about lighting, and energy efficiency.

Cons

Toxic leadership and bad culture. It's not a company you will feel proud to put work for. They have a really high turn over, and it's primarily because of this leadership and tension between operations and sales. I felt like I had to battle constantly to get help to get things done for customers. Would not recommend this company.
