      Pros

      Fantastic support from management, openness about business performance, work life balance, occasional travel opportunity, long serving colleagues, benefits and pay. Really good feel and interaction around the office.

      Cons

      Computer systems are poorly organised by germany - overly complex, too many management levels in factory.
