Pros
Good, professional and matter-of-fact leadership. Hard work is rewarded while giving you the freedom to be yourself and work according to your own schedule. Company is still small and growing but they’re already looking after the employees by offering benefits like medical and 401k.
Cons
Remote work can limit interaction with management and colleagues. But regular team meetings and outings make up for that.

If you have a strong work ethic and pay attention to detail, you will be recognized accordingly. The team has a great family culture and there is no micromanagement.
Cons
Company is still very much in the growth stage, so process has not been perfected, but is a work in progress.
