Great colleagues and location. Work life balance.
Cons
Besides law, the rest of the group operates like start-ups with close to no long term business plans. One day they operate, next day they close . Management didn’t think through a business plan and revenue model before starting one.

Culture of bootstrapping provides the opportunity for self-starters to shine. Management shows genuine care for long-serving staff who've proven themselves.
Cons
Expect a different work culture/environment if you're coming from a large firm/MNC, not ideal if you can't adapt.
