1. You always get new colleagues - you always hear employees leaving. 2. Salary on time - You pay your bills on time. 3.If you from NI, Tek, Agilent. Sorry if you from Siglent.
Cons
1. Forget about bonus. You hear excuses for no/little bonus. Make sure your 12 monthly salary is high, ignore big bonus promised. 2. R&D not finish a product, but management do product launch. 3. Management don't listen - if you don't follow their way, you don't adopt to their culture.
