Your manager constantly screams in the team and private calls. There is no work-life balance at all. The overtime is NOT paid, but they want you to stay late almost everyday. The management is a real mess. They say that you are allowed to work from home but it is not true, because you use a lot of devices which are shared with all team members. There is constant pressure and stress. My manager used to say that he is not happy if the team is not stressed. Also, the salaries were not updated 2 years in a row.

The worst working experienced in my life - the team lead has such an unprofessional attitude- always screaming on me or some of my colleagues. He definitely tries to turn your life in a RISCO word, squeezing you at all! - Unbelievably hard work - They expect from their employees to work not like humans, but robots. - You get a quick lunch, the rest time you don’t move from PC, cause your work never finishes. It causes daily headaches. - On the interview you will hear “flexible working time", home office etc. - such a lie. Every day you have a daily stand up meeting from 17:00 till no one knows.. usually till 18:00. Home Office how??? They even don’t have devices for everyone, so it makes it impossible. - Payment- near to a regular operator in a production field. - I run from there with only bad feelings
