Unfortunately the company does not care about its employees. The owner is so far removed and just lets management do whatever they want so there is no consistency or structure. They will use you, burn you out and then kick you to the curb. I’ve never seen a company with so much turnover. They have 2 long term employees and everyone else is under a year. If you’re looking for longevity don’t come here. In top of all that the health insurance is extremely expensive and there are no other employee benefits or kickbacks.

This review reflects my personal experience during 4.5 years with RKB. During that time, frequent leadership changes led to a lack of consistency and direction. I took on increasing responsibilities and worked long hours, including personal time, yet the compensation did not feel competitive for the scope of the role. Benefits were limited, paid time off was minimal, and opportunities for advancement or additional time off were scarce. Despite the effort and time I invested, I did not feel recognized or supported. I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.
