Pros
Not very busy , nice people , easy system to use , flexible with annual leave etc , Xmas parties , games nights , football etc. simple job and if you make them money they will treat you well - very much a sink or swim job in a good way I’d say
Cons
No Job security , there are stronger more powerful agencies in the market who are willing to spend more , market is dying in general , if managers don’t like you you might aswelll leave , managers try and over complicate which is effectively a simple job , no statutory sick pay , if you are off they will not pay you
